By downloading or using Eazy Fit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

These Terms apply to all users of the Eazy Fit application, including the free and premium versions, available on Google Play.

Eazy Fit is a fitness tracking application that allows users to create custom workouts, schedule training sessions, track progress, and access an exercise library.

The app is available in two versions: a free, ad-supported version and a premium, ad-free version with access to additional features. Both versions are available through Google Play.

You may use Eazy Fit for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its content.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application, except as permitted by applicable law.

Eazy Fit is intended for general fitness use. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.

You are solely responsible for any physical activity you undertake using Eazy Fit. Eazy Life Company is not liable for any injury, illness, or harm resulting from use of the app or any workout program within it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, if applicable.

The premium version of Eazy Fit is available as an in-app purchase through Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will be communicated in advance.

All content, design, graphics, trademarks, and software within Eazy Fit are the property of Eazy Life Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written consent.

Eazy Fit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not make any warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content within the app, including exercise descriptions or nutritional information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eazy Life Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Eazy Fit shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Düsseldorf, Germany.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification.

Your continued use of Eazy Fit after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
