Privacy Policy

Eazy Finance (also known as INCO) is a personal finance web app. To use it you create an account, and the financial records you enter — actives, passives, budgets, missions and stock — are stored on our servers so you can reach them from any device.

This Privacy Policy describes how Eazy Life Company handles information in connection with the Eazy Finance web application, available at inco.cash, and with the mobile apps that will follow.

Account data: the email address you register with and an encrypted (hashed) password. We never store your password in readable form.

Financial data: everything you choose to record inside the app — income, expenses, categories, budgets, goals and notes. You decide what goes in; we do not import anything from your bank and we have no access to your bank accounts or cards.

Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept for security and troubleshooting.

We use your data for one purpose only: to run the app for you — showing your numbers, calculating your budgets and keeping your session secure.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal or financial information. We do not show ads, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Your data is stored in our database on a private server. Access is restricted to the Eazy Life Company team members who operate the service, and traffic between your browser and our servers travels over HTTPS.

No system is perfectly secure. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we will inform affected users if a breach ever puts their data at risk.

The app includes an import and export feature: you can take your records out at any time in a standard file format.

If you want your account and everything in it permanently deleted, write to kontakt.eazylife@gmail.com from the email address of the account. We will remove it and confirm once it is done.

We keep third parties to a minimum. Eazy Finance does not use advertising networks or social-media trackers.

The service runs on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider, which processes data solely to host the application on our behalf.

Eazy Finance is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

You can access and correct your data directly inside the app, export it whenever you want, and request its deletion by email.

If you are in the European Union, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR — including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to us and we will honour them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
