Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Eazy Finance (also known as INCO), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

These Terms apply to the web app at inco.cash and to the mobile apps for iOS and Android once they are released.

Eazy Finance is a personal finance application: you record your income, expenses, budgets and goals, and the app organises them so you can understand where your money goes.

The service is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced in the future, we will announce them in advance and the features you rely on today will not be taken away without notice.

Eazy Finance is a record-keeping and visualisation tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing shown in the app should be read as a recommendation to take any financial decision.

You are responsible for your own decisions. For advice about your situation, consult a qualified professional.

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.

Please give accurate information when you register, and tell us at kontakt.eazylife@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The records you enter belong to you. You can export them from the app at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its contents by writing to kontakt.eazylife@gmail.com.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may use Eazy Finance for your own personal finances. You may not resell it, attempt to reverse engineer it, disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put its stability or other users at risk.

All content, design, graphics, trademarks and software within Eazy Finance are the property of Eazy Life Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos or brand elements without our prior written consent.

Eazy Finance is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that every calculation will fit your particular circumstances.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; the export feature is there for exactly that.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eazy Life Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Düsseldorf, Germany.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, announced inside the app.

Your continued use of Eazy Finance after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
